I enjoyed my stay at My Story Hotel Ouro, especially because of its unbeatable central location in Baixa. The ambiance was welcoming, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, which made my experience pleasant. While my room was cozy, there were a couple of minor issues like a sticking bathroom door and some quirks with the card-powered lighting system. Overall, these did not detract much from my overall enjoyment of Lisbon.
